Privacy Policy
1. Privacy
1.1. Information about the Parties that have entered into this Contract and the Appendices to the Contract, as well as any documents and information relating to the data about the Parties, as well as any information that makes it possible to identify the Party under the Contract, shall not be transferred or disclosed to third parties at the initiative of any of the Parties, except in the following cases:
- if the performance of such actions is necessary for the Parties to fulfill their obligations under the Contract;
- if a prior written consent of the other Party under the Contract has been obtained;
- in cases directly provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
If it is necessary to transfer confidential information under this Contract, the Parties undertake to conclude a confidentiality agreement.
1.1. Legal guarantees of the Parties
1.1. The Parties hereby assure each other that:
- have all the necessary means, opportunities and powers to conclude and execute this Contract and to fulfill their obligations under this Contract;
- The Contract has been duly authorized, approved by the governing bodies of the Parties (if necessary) and concluded by the Parties;
- The Contract is a legally valid and enforceable obligation of the Parties, which can be enforced against the Party that has not fulfilled the obligation in accordance with the terms of this Contract;
- the performance of this Contract by the Parties, as well as any other actions under this Contract, does not and will not be in conflict or contradiction with any provision of the constituent documents of the Parties or the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as the obligations of the Parties under any other Contract or agreement.
1.1. Information about the Parties that have entered into this Contract and the Appendices to the Contract, as well as any documents and information relating to the data about the Parties, as well as any information that makes it possible to identify the Party under the Contract, shall not be transferred or disclosed to third parties at the initiative of any of the Parties, except in the following cases:

- the performance of this Contract by the Parties, as well as any other actions under this Contract, does not and will not be in conflict or contradiction with any provision of the constituent documents of the Parties or the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as the obligations of the Parties under any other Contract or agreement.
- the Parties have no debts on taxes and fees, the Parties pay all taxes and fees in accordance with the current legislation of the
Russian Federation, tax, statistical and other reports are timely submitted to the tax and other state authorities. The Buyer hereby warrants and assures the Supplier that it complies with the requirements of Federal Law No. 115-FZ of 07.08.2001 (as amended on 23.04.2018) "On Countering the Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime and the Financing of Terrorism". In addition, the Buyer hereby represents and warrants that it is solvent and solvent, including, but not limited to, capable of properly fulfilling its obligations under this Contract, there are no bankruptcy proceedings initiated against it, including procedures for supervision, financial recovery, external administration, bankruptcy proceedings; there is no information about the fact that the Buyer's creditor filed or the intention of the Buyer's creditor or the Lender himself to file for bankruptcy.
1.2. Consent to the processing of personal data
1.2. By entering into this Contract, the Customer gives his/her consent (confirms the consent of the persons specified in the Contract, Appendices thereto and other documents accompanying the legal relations of the Parties) to the processing (actions (operations) with personal data, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, destruction), including automated processing, of his/her personal data data specified in the Contract, Appendices thereto and other documents accompanying the legal relationship of the Parties for the supply of petroleum products, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" for the purpose of conclusion, performance of this Contract, as well as the development of new Contracts and the provision of additional services. The Supplier has the right to verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Buyer. Consent is provided from the moment of signing this Contract. The consent is valid for 5 (Five) years after the fulfillment of the contractual obligations. The consent is considered to be extended for each subsequent 5 (Five) years in the absence of its withdrawal.
Russian Federation, tax, statistical and other reports are timely submitted to the tax and other state authorities.
