This page applies only where it is expressly listed in Appendix A to a signed Made-to-Order Modular Sofa Purchase Agreement with MARYEEFI DESIGN LIMITED. The version effective on the date of the signed Agreement applies to the order. In the event of any conflict between this page and the signed Agreement or Appendix A, the signed Agreement and Appendix A prevail.

Order and project information: sofa configuration, selected materials, dimensions, print direction, approved specifications, and other details confirmed in Appendix A to your Purchase or Design Agreement.
Payment information: we do not store card details. Payment amounts, currency, and transaction references may be recorded for accounting and contract purposes.
Communication records: emails, messages, and written correspondence exchanged in connection with your enquiry, order, project, claims, or support request.
Claims and warranty information: photographs, videos, descriptions of issues, and related evidence submitted in connection with delivery claims or warranty requests.

To fulfil our contractual obligations: processing your order, coordinating production, arranging delivery, managing claims and warranty requests, and providing after-sales support.

To comply with legal obligations: maintaining records required under Hong Kong law, including the Companies Ordinance and applicable tax regulations.
To protect our legitimate interests: enforcing our contractual rights, preventing fraud, maintaining the security of our systems, and resolving disputes.
For portfolio and promotional purposes: where you have not requested confidentiality in writing, we may use non-personal project visuals (renders, photos of completed sofas) for our portfolio, website, and social media. We will not identify you personally in such materials without your consent.
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Logistics partners: delivery address, contact details, and order reference are shared with our logistics partners solely for the purpose of coordinating and completing delivery of your order.
Production partners: order specifications confirmed in Appendix A are shared with our manufacturing partner in Foshan, China, for production purposes. No unnecessary personal data is shared.
Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, or other advisers where necessary for legal or financial purposes, subject to confidentiality obligations.
Regulatory or legal authorities: where we are required to disclose information by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

MARYEEFI is incorporated in Hong Kong SAR. Your personal information may be processed or accessed in Hong Kong and in China (in connection with production coordination). - General correspondence: 2 years from the date of last communication, unless related to an ongoing matter;
- Portfolio visuals: indefinitely, unless you request removal in writing.

- Correction: the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
